    "I live here and love this house. It is located in a downtown Historical preservation district with controlled architectural standards. It is within easy walking distance of Main Street with all it's restaurants, entertainment venues, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and the most beautiful city park in the country. Two Hospitals, Grocery Stores and multiple shopping malls are minutes away."
