  • Stephanie Fein
"The neighborhood park is nice and well taken care of. There are all ages of kids. It is typically quiet at night. For the most part traffic is good, but sometimes too fast during peak hours. "
  • Alisamae.delrosario
"Close to everything including urgent care and hospital, malls, grocery stores, anything you can think of. "
  • Unknown U.
"They are infested with roaches and black mold and they refuse to do anything about it. Poor management, they are rude and don’t know how to run a business "
  • Kelly Gordon Kavanaugh
"I’ve lived here for three years. It’s quiet and peaceful. I plan on living here as long as possible. Yes there are a lot of homeless people but no issues so far. I do see a lot of people going for walks with and without pets. I love it here. Excellent landlords. "
  • Trulia User
"Good schools, quiet neighborhood, nice people, not a super traffic-y. Grocery stores and shopping near by"
  • Jackiebenson17
"You will need a car because there’s no public transportation. You can travel to Oklahoma City, Moore, Edmond, Yukon, and Norman are almost twenty to thirty minutes."
  • Roni Allen
"Dogs are walked people are friendly, within walking distance to shopping and many necessities, city maintains it well. "
  • Trulia User
"There’s people walking their dogs on leashes and pick up after them. Quiet and friendly neighborhood"
  • Hoyleok
"There is no realistic way to provide public transportation for most of the sprawling OKC area and suburbs. "
  • Amanda Hearty
"There’s very few sidewalks, you either have to walk in the road or on the grass and take your chances. "
  • Jeffrey Jefferson
"Easy. I’m next to I-35 off of Lindsay. Minor traffic congestion when getting off the highway. Moderate traffic on most days "
  • 77qy4zjfq4
"Traffic is really bad in OKC and it’s very hard to walk anywhere unless you’re downtown. We do have a lot of really good restaurants out here and some interesting history."
  • Hoyleok
"We have cookouts, fireworks (that we probably shouldn’t have 😄), birthday parties, and next week we’re having a retirement party. We decorate for holidays and don’t get things stolen, and we don’t get our packages stolen either. "
  • Toelikri
"Turnpike is 4 minutes away or 7 minutes during A.M. rush hour due to cars backed up 2 traffic lights. Traffic flows well on frontage roads, except rush hour. Afternoons especially, traffic backs up at turnpike exits. The wait to drive through an intersection can be 3-4 cycles of traffic lights."
  • Mercedes Gomez
"you do see other people walking their dogs? We just like to have them on leashes there are a lot of dog parks in Oklahoma City. If you just look for them great groomers in Oklahoma City downtown area."
  • Toelikri
"It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I have met are very friendly and watch out for other’s homes. Some of us trade pet care and, mail and lawn watering chores if the other is out of town. The number of families with families has increased since I moved in. In 2010 most people close to retirement age older. My child was 3 1/2. The children from several families up and down the street play nicely together. I’m not aware of any crime and have lived here 15 years. "
  • Lucas Lunsford
"Nice Big back yards. Lots of other people with dogs. The neighborhood is generally walkable with a park to let your dog run. Nice people who call when your dog gets out. "
  • Hoyleok
"The neighbors on our street all look out for each other. Everyone is friendly. The houses and lawns are well kept. "
  • Kristy Harvey
"It’s in a solid community that interacts and we don’t have an active street to the highway making it difficult to have through traffic "
  • Briana J.
"I've lived here for 14 months now and I gotta say, I love it . It's quiet, everything is on an app, and my commute is minimal, next to nothing really. There's grocery stores everywhere, so finding something to eat is not hard to do, good area!"
  • B
"The BEST place to live! My dog is so happy to see the office Ladies! De'Asia is always so sweet to her, and she loves when the service team swings by for pest control! My closet is HUGE , They have cute little events , like a candle making class, they helped me wrap my Christmas gifts , AND they have had game night, I've had a blast being here!"
  • Robyn
"I’m new to the area, so I haven’t chosen a neighborhood within the OKC area yet, but I’m looking. Would love a cute duplex to rent!"

  • Trulia User
"Are you still late for your just a few years ago and the neighborhood has gotten much better. A lot of the houses are getting remodeled and a younger group of people seem to be moving in. You’re close to Classen which gives you access to most all the districts in Oklahoma City quite easily. Definitely saw the song less than desirable areas but seems to be improving."
