New Look Home Design LLC enjoys working collaboratively with our customers to design and build luxury custom single-family homes as well as multi-family residences. We offer a unique service of full customization from beginning to end. We build in Bergen county, and we do not limit our customers to select a lot of our choosing rather than helping them to find the ideal piece where we can build a custom home which fulfill their lifestyle needs.

Our showcase of floor plans and options are just perfect references of what we can offer. We coordinate with our customers to work directly on all stages of the design and building process of the new homes in collaboration with our team of Architect, Engineer and Interior designer.

Our preferred lenders can help our customers to finance their new custom-built home with a one time closing cost of (construction-to-permanent financing) and for as low as 10% down payment and up to 30 year term with conventional mortgage rates.

Or Markets in hackensack which is 5 to 10 minutes away depending on what you need. Malls 10 minutes away. Route 17 and 80 real close to connect you to the Garden State Parkway or Route 46 where more food and shops are available. "
