Welcome to Liberty, our largest new home community in Panama City, Florida. With a beautiful amenity center, many floorplans to choose from, and an expansive landscape with almost 2,000 homes planned, Liberty is a community full of families, events, and beautiful homes.

Liberty is a great choice for military personnel working at Tyndall Air Force base as it is only about 13 miles away. Liberty is located off Highway 231 and Star Avenue making it a short drive to shopping, food, schools, and the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach.

As you enter the elegant entrance, you will see the winding roads and sidewalks usually with people walking their dogs, pushing kids on their strollers, and enjoying the beautiful days here in Panama City. As you pass the different homes you will arrive at the large 7,500 square foot amenity center, complete with a large pool, a splash pad, a playground, and a fitness center inside. The amenity center is where you'll see monthly community events, including Back-to-School Bashes, Halloween costume contests, Valentine's dates for the adults, and more.

The homes here are a mixture of floorplans we offer, including our Express and Tradition series. Liberty will have a home for the first, second, third, and beyond homeowner plans that are one and two-story, fully sodded large and small yards, water views, upgraded features, and more.
