"Too many people leave the dogs roam with no leash. And not always friendly dogs, same with cats. I recently adopted a pup and can not walk without watching everywhere for loose dogs "

"Farm activities, classic car shows, easy access to the turnpike or krome avenue, people are friendlier and definitely the green that the trees around the area provide is priceless (Green symbolized hope) the crowing of the roosters is unique. "

"The people are nice and the food is near everything delivers and it’s not too expensive. There is the best of both worlds in this neighborhood since in all locations it is like that. I’ve lived here for years but have not had a problem, not even in the “bad” neighborhoods. "

"Can’t walk around at night. Many lose dogs that owners don’t keep locked up so many who decide to take a walk must do so with sticks in their hand just in case. No police presence so after dark so anything seems to go. If you are lucky you live on a good block, but still hear the gunshots from not to far away. Police drive by only when shots are reported but nothing is done to stop it from happening in the first place. If you don’t have a big dog protecting your home you become a target of break ins."
