Wish there were more local, small businesses in the area and less corporate franchises but overall the area is great. I believe it will be a bigger golf cart community in the next 5-10 years as there are a lot of golf carters already. "

I walk and run with my dog here every day and never have any issues from the other people walking their dogs. Everyone waves to one another. It’s really nice.
