"Facebook neighborhood let's us post events, food trucks, lost dogs, etc. New subdivision so most are friendly. Convenient to downtown Senoia with new Publix opening in 2021."
  • Anthony T.
"the commute to Newnan is rough down 16 depending on time, and traffic. they've removed the passing lane, so good luck. "
  • Saskia
"The Christmas parade and street event is spectacular! Very nice old town feeling. They have a wonderful little library. Multiple attractions (the walking dead) and they have great downtown eating & coffee shops. "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of parks and pet friendly businesses. Plenty of places to take your furry family members. Some subdivisions do have feral cat that roam though."
  • Amanda M.
"Love this town! Small, but growing. I feel very safe here, and everyone is friendly. We are within 20 mins of just about everywhere you would need to go."
  • Ecbandmom

"Lived here for 5 years, neighbors are quite, friendly and take care of their lawns. Need a grocery store close by. Crooks is our only choice. Not bad, but check the date on the food before you buy "

"This is a quiet, settled neighborhood with very little traffic. The homes are built first class with granite countertops, plenty of closets, and great views. "
  • Lindsey K.
"2 miles to Senoia. 3 miles to PeachTree City."
  • Blgrnbrg
"Great place to raise a family and very safe. Cops seem to have nothing better to do but write tickets all day."
  • jnwill
"Great schools close to Peachtree City and Fayetteville Fayette County resident large lot with privacy of trees and woods on both sides and the back of the lot is wooded. Wonderful safe streets to walk. Very safe and quiet neighborhood."
  • Former H.
"I would love to say positive things about Senoia, but the unfortunate thing about Senoia is that it is a 10 minute drive from Peachtree City, one of the most pretentious, "new" money developments in the metro Atlanta area. As a young student, I was so proud of myself when we bought a home here as first time home buyers. However, people in PTC make it a point to make snide remarks about, "Oh, you live in Senoia.", "Have you never owned a golf cart? I can't imagine..." or "Oh, you must not be able to afford a nice home." We had a very nice home, but I couldn't appreciate it because of the horrible PTC neighbors. If you can live in Senoia without having to interact with PTC, I think you will love the area. Hopefully you aren't zoned for Stars Mill High (I substituted there and the children were quite unbalanced and the teachers were equally petty and judgmental). I now speak 5 languages, live in Europe and travel the world. I'd like to see the pretentious 30 year old's that felt so small that they couldn't be kind to a 22 year old first time home owner. "
  • Leslie B.
"This is a wonderful area for families. Great schools - always rated among the highest in the state. Very safe neighborhoods, very low traffic, low crime area and less than an hour from downtown Atlanta for entertainment. Easy access to the Atlanta airport. "
