    "Being so close to 12th St, you hear traffic, sirens & trains all night long. We can actually hear some sort of intercom system from a business over in the triangle during the summer. Yards aren't kept up as much as in other areas of the Avenues."

    "This is a great neighborhood for any type of family or individual. It is nestled away so you don't get the traffic and is ideal for walkers, runners, kids and retirees. You are close enough to all the major interstates, shopping and restaurants without being in the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is well kept although no HOA dues and I have always felt safe. The schools are excellent and come right down the street. I have really enjoyed living in Laurel Meadows."
