  • Russell Moore
"It’s nice to have easy access to the 60 and the 202. From there you can get anywhere. If only people would do better to drive the speed limit instead of 10mph under. "
  • Russell Moore
"They would like walking the dog through the desert landscape. They would not like the aggressive wildlife that can be dangerous for the dog. "
  • Looking for small home
"Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "
  • Stephanie.marie8996
"Everyone has a dog and or pet. People always out and about with their dog and walking around the neighborhood with their dogs "
  • Josette W.
"This neighborhood is quiet with little traffic. Not many kids playing outside or people walking in the streets "
  • Josette W.
"This is a quiet area near public schools and a public pool. There is very little traffic in this neighborhood and is located near the interstate "
  • Maryjane P.
"Peaceful place to live. Love the view of the mountains . Lots of coyotes and stray dogs at night but not to dangerous."
  • Josette W.
"This is a quiet neighborhood. There is not a lot of street traffic. I do not see many children in this neighborhood."
  • Hutchinsonpaul
"Rodeos, Veterans Day, western events and parades, car shows, kids events, family events, Superstition Mountains and trail system, HWY 88 "
  • Jonnyvalenz120
"we have movie nights and everyone seems to be friendly around town never had any problems around this area my whole time being around here"
  • Mitney72@yahoo.com
"Its busy when snowbirds are here but other than that it's okay. Although when snowbirds are here they should do the speed limit and not 25 down the the trail."
  • Jennyrose3783
"Flatiron park is a good spot to take a dog, but it must be on a leash. Rumors are going around that a dog park is going to be built."
  • Wendy A.
"I'm not quite sure. Maybe get the druggie out the meth is horrible here. Not charge so much as it's an old area but rent is the same as nice places. "
  • Paula B.
"Big Lots usually fully fenced, a lot of responsible owners not often do you see animals running loose."
  • Heather
"The roads need repair and we needed sidewalks and a park. A park for dogs and children. The grocery store is only 5 blocks away."
  • Danelle S.
"need a vehicle no public transportation, a bicycle or scooter would suffice if not going too far. everythi g is pretty spread out around here"
  • Amy B.
"lots of dog people out here. I don't recommend little dogs, however. the coyotes troll the streets at night time. "
  • Kristen H. B.
"There aren't very many kids around this neighborhood, but there is a school nearby. This area of Apache Junction is very different from most of Apache Junction. It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
  • Kristen H. B.
"There really aren't any that I'm aware of. People don't decorate for holidays very much and kids don't trick-or-treat. People do walk in the mornings and evenings. The area is pretty quiet, aside from the vehicles on the road. "
  • Kristen H. B.
"An easy couple of miles from the freeway, yet very quiet most of the time. There are some people with very noisy vehicles that doped up and down the road. We're within 10-20 minutes of just about anything we might need, yet out away from it all and surrounded by desert and amazing views. "
  • Myfamily0324
"i see people walking dogs also there is a large green area i see people playing with their dogs there"
  • AL
"That this area is a 55 and older community. For these restrictions and facilities offered probably very difficult to find friendly, watch care type neighbor hood with well maintained properties, with high quality facilities, Club house, pool & spa, many organized activities to partake in"
  • Unknown
"Putting up the Christmas tree on Apache Trail every Christmas with a parade. Firework on 4th of July."
  • Jon M.
"I’ve lived in AJ since 2015 and have really liked it. It’s in the valley, but still has that small town feel."
  • Jamie V.
"there are many things to do in this area horseback riding hiking trails mountain biking is anything to take your mind off of the everyday monotony of the Working World a good way to get lost with nature."
  • Paula B.
"The Mountain View’s are spectacular! Close to Lost Dutchman and Canyon Lake! This community has a lot of seasonal visitors "
  • John Brown

  • Trulia User
