    "Everyone has a dog and they walk them all the time. Great place for pets in general. There’s a dog park not too far away. You can hear them and they are friendly. I have two dogs and love the community. They even have doggy bags and garbage cans available on the walk ways. "

Most people keep up their yards but the only downside is that our HOA is unable to force people to upkeep their yards. Only a few are bad. No junk cars, or work vehicles parked . I like it here. "

I come back to Valrico ,from Tampa, for all services a:top notch and significantly less expensive - Such as Dentist, hair salons, etc. Due to the exploding population/traffic, unless you live near the expressway, it is not a quick commute to Tampa."
