    "The Crime rating of HIGHEST is NOT for the neighborhood itself, but is for the Commercial area across the street from the neighborhood. Look up crime stats by address on CrimeReports.com which uploads all police reports. I lived in this neighborhood 11 years. It is an excellent neighborhood. There are sidewalks through out with trees lining them so they are shaded and provide a lovely walk. The community is active. The convenience to shopping cannot be beat. You can literally get to a store in 5 minutes and back home in 15 if you know what you need and just run in to get it."
