    "My commute is very good 5 minutes and I arrive at work. Concern about the open lane on route 1, when you have to move over in right line to exit but there is a car already coming down so it prevent you from moving over and have to go around. "

We are safe to go out and walk your dog or dogs(in my case) around, even as late as 10-11 at night and I’ve even seen people as late as 2-3 am! I’ve personally lived in SB for 15 years or so. It is a bit pricey but neighbors are friendly. "
