Absolutely love hiking at the wetlands area which is in walking distance. There are also nearby athletic centers and Gyms. South Valley Ranch is very quiet neighborhood tucked away and I hidden gem. "

    "I have lived here for 2 years and have been very happy with it. They have a very nice park and a dog park. Right across from the park there are bbq pitts and tables for those that want to have a nice dinner. Hopefully it will stay this family friendly."
