"You definitely need a car to get a around Charlotte. There is transportation, but I would not recommend using it as there are safety concerns I would recommend having your own vehicle and driving."

"Pros: Convenient to shopping, grocery, gas etc. Nice green way and close to many amenities. Cons: Getting over populated and too many new homes going up. Over crowded for sure. "

"This is a good neighborhood. The neighbors are very nice and the area is pleasant. There is a heavy flow of traffic in the morning and afternoon but other than that it’s pretty normal. I’ve been here for 8 months and I enjoy the area. "

"Dog friendly, always see people out walking their dogs and there is a dog park at Enderly Park that isn’t always super busy like Frazier dog park. Just wish the sidewalks were maintained a bit more in some areas."
