"Its a small town that offers so much but yet gives such a calm environment. I will definitely say this is where I will be raising my children "
  • Lizzy.woolley24
"We have three dogs and often walk them around the neighborhood. We often see other dogs with their owners walking around the neighborhood and everyone seems to be friendly. There are plenty of dog stations with poop bags throughout the neighborhood."
  • Lizzy.woolley24
"This is a family friendly area. It’s very quiet and close to schools, restaurants and recreation centers"
  • Lizzy.woolley24
"This is a very safe place to raise a family. My neighborhood is very quiet. There’s plenty of things to do in the area that are family friendly. "
  • Lizzy.woolley24
"Many neighbors own dogs and are understanding when it comes to the chorus of barking in the neighborhood "
  • Patrickwlaybourn
"It is a safe neighborhood. The police department is great and is involved in the area. The city is always working on making Brighton the best place to live."
  • Jason Huey
"Our city is awesome, and safe, and full of good people. Brighton is the type of place you want to settle down in. "
  • Andrea
" Lots of nice families who keep their dog on leashes, who keeps their community, clean, easy and friendly to walk around"
  • Andrea
"They need to keep them on leases and pick up there poop, they walk them by there sides! There is some that keep them close by it’s a nice place to live far enough from everything love the small town vibe "
  • Grace.mers2019
"Neighborhood school is within safe walking distance, 0.2 miles and is a large k-8; new super King Sooper down the road is very nice, nail salon, and Papa Murphys all within 1/4 mile; established neighborhood with more mature trees than surrounding developments."
  • Kimberly D.
"it's a great area to raise kids. it's very comfortable and welcoming to all and we enjoy being able to send our kids outside or to the park and trust they will be ok."
  • Nicole K.
"Closer access to the light rail would be ideal. I would prefer to take that to work but I would either need many bus transfers or have to drive almost to my work. Also, there needs to be a more direct way to Pena Blvd without having to pay the tolls. "
  • Corie K.
"Great neighborhood to live in where people help each other and look out for one another. Would recommend "
  • VelvetCyberpunk
"It has a small town flavor, but there's lots to do. Also it's close enough to Denver to go into the big city for events or clubbing, fancy restaurants, etc without it being a hassle. "
  • Trulia User
"it's quiet not alot of traffic nice people try to help who they can old school living it's nice schools are good"
  • Mandujano117
"There are no neighborhood events that I know of in the Bromley Park community. I do visit friends and attend private events in their homes."
  • Jessica B.
"good young family areas to grow and thrive. Love the schools and many sma town activities that Brighton offers. far enough from Denver bit not to far either"
  • J S.
"I have lived here since 2006. really quiet and never had any issues however the HOA is not fun to deal with and they are not consistent in their enforcement."
  • Biartspencer
"There are lots of walking paths to walk your dogs and you'll find dog poop stations everywhere and several parks for dogs to run in."
  • Biartspencer
"We have movie nights, festivals, and lots of other events. Enjoy our many parks, bike paths, and our Nature Preserve at Barr lake. There are lots of great local restaurants to enjoy as well."
  • Alejandracerna1
"Just Fourth of July and local concerts. They have party’s at the main park. The libraries events for kids and family’s."
  • Kelly.shutika
"There are a lot of neighbors walking their dogs regularly. There are little to no loud barking dogs in any of the neighborhoods, and from what I can tell, everyone picks up after their dogs."
  • Mandujano117
"There are no events in my neighborhood that I have seen. I wish they had put a community center instead of a storage facility in the neighborhood."
  • Nikki L.
"It's not unique anymore it's over crowded, they build too many house but don't update the roads, they keep building even though the schools are overcrowded. Everyone's taxes are jumping sky high to pay for all the city maintenance fees for the new stuff. Our older community is suffering. I grew up in Brighton, and as an adult I have married and established my life here. I feel pushed out from this new growth, it's disgusting. I wouldn't raise a child here, i wouldnt put them in the school system. "
  • Kelly S.
"Nice friendly neighborhoods. Well maintained houses and apartment complexes. Clean parks and good schools."
  • Joe B.
"Great community with friendly people and lots of community services. Brighton has the feel of a small town even though it is a popular and growing city. Lot s of places to eat and things to do in town. You are close to nature but have the benefit of being 10 minutes away from DIA and 20 minutes to downtown Denver."
  • Desiree D.
"People love animals here and walk there dogs regularly. I really enjoy seeing people being active with their pets"
