    "This location is quiet and peaceful. You cannot hear the race track at all. The race track is approximately 3-4 miles north I would guess. One of my best friends lives in this area and I visit her all the time. It is located about 1/2 mile from HWY 66 on Slick Road. The neighborhood is friendly and it is a new housing addition. Would be a great place to live I think. My friend loves living in that neighborhood and she takes her kids for walks down the road nearly every evening. It is family friendly from what I have seen. She has asked me to move out there too, but I cannot get approved for a loan or I would. Also, I have seen this house and think it is a lovely house. Smiles & congrats to whoever buys this house!"
