"Too many houses in such small area keep your kids out of the road. Door to door treating is nice because most all of the neighbors are friendly and it is not known of for any predators"
  • Kaudriona92
"We have Christmas parades and lots of school events. The neighborhood is very quiet. Peoples are very friendly with each other. "
  • Teenatillman
"Christmas and Halloween events, antique stores and flea markets. It’s close to Blue Ridge Georgia and only 2 hours from Dollywood "
  • kfret123
"Have to drive everywhere. May say 5 minutes away, but with traffic etc, it’s more like 15-20 minutes away. "
  • Shaunj3440
"Avery Johnson park, and new houses being built, police patrol, Blythe bower elementary school, fire department, close auto repair facilities "
  • kfret123
"Too many rental properties that either do not allow pets or you can only have a small pet. Very few options in that regard. There are no local pet parks that I am aware of either."
  • Pamela Stocker
"I’m retired I drive very to most everywhere I need to get to. I’m 2.5 miles to Treasury lane and 5 miles to Stuart. "
  • Pamela Stocker
"Local festivals in the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. Multiple churches to choose from to attend. Local colleges and universities. "
  • Adam Williams
"My commute is quiet and peaceful. Not much traffic usually and lots of trees and a nice view of the sunrise in certain parts. "
  • Tanathompson74
"They would like it a lot. It’s a lot of people walking their dogs all the time. What they would not like about it is if there animal go poo and someone else’s lawn people would say something about it. If it was not picked up the people get upset and I don’t blame them. I would too because I have children playing in the yard and I would not want to step in into some pool, especially when I do not own a dog"
  • Mead Dallanegra Vest
"Quiet neighborhood and also no through traffic in this neighborhood.that is what makes the neighborhood enjoyable"
  • Matilda Lee
"They would like the walking area. They would hate that other dogs walk by them. It is annoying when you are walking your dog and another dog is walking by."
  • Patsy Alston
"I have lived here for 3 years. This area is safe and the neighbors look out for each other. The only drawback is the speed of non residents as they use a cut thru. "
  • Aschrock1
"Very typical, friendly Southern city. Great schools, churches, colleges and a university. Many old and new subdivisions due to growth. Easy drive to Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, etc as we are very centrally located. Just be kind to everyone if you move here and it will be reciprocated. "
  • Trulia User
"I have been in this neighborhood for 4 years and never gave I ever been in a community that was so welcoming and helpful and neighborly. very friendly and generous people."
  • Trulia User
"Proximity to restaurants and business. We don’t pay city tax like other neighborhoods in the area. "
  • Trulia User
"No sidewalks, street light is lacking but overall is a really good neighborhood. This community is known for trick or treat "
  • Trulia User
"Close to everything. Country feel but within city limits. It is a very nice place to live. Nice size lots in this neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"Close to Mouse Creek Road, which can be busy. Most lots here are around acre so fencing can get pricey…. however, my dogs love to run in our large yard rcprciallu when the neighbors dogs are out too.. they like to race back and forth along the fence."
  • Trulia User
"Most neighbors have dogs. Everyone is friendly. With larger lots, not a ton of Dog walking. But very nice."
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is for people who don’t like the suburban life but still want to be close to the city "
  • R3n3mr
"Great places to take a walk with your dog, great dog park in the center of the city. The park has a small dogs and large dogs section."
  • Vernonduncan69
"It’s a little city and also farming community as well . It’s a really good place to raise a family . Many family activity and a lot of nature trails and picnic areas "
  • Nickecia W.
"Neighbors are very friendly. Community of fine people. Very church oriented. Great schools. Lack of diversity. "
  • Cedwar02
"Great community. It is a fast growing area. The public school system does need some revamping and seems behind compared to other areas. "
  • Nroman1233
"Cleveland is a fun, calm, not too big not too small town. I have lived here my whole life and I love it "
  • Matthew C.
"Easy going area, not a busy city and away from Chattanooga enough to where it’s not all busy city life like there, but close enough to get to Chattanooga if you need there if you need too. "
  • Chris W.

  • Kristy L. H.
"Musical events at the Old Woolen Mill plus all the other events and stores. The Block Party on Halloween ecru year is awesome. We have 4th of July fireworks worthy of watching "
  • Amy P.
"There are many families in our neighborhood and it has a great park in addition to the beautiful greenway."
  • Jacob.musto13
"If you are looking for a place where you can focus on being a good family, this place is great! There are many ways to get involved in activities that bond you as a unit. If you want a strong community, it’s not the best place for that. People are more focused on schedules and agendas than relationship and neighboring. "
  • Bradley M.
"It's quiet and not much traffic to walk dogs but some neighbors don't keep their dogs on leashes. It has 2 cul-de-sacs to walk. "
  • Alexa P.
"Dogs are frequently seen with their handlers walking on nice days. There are no dog friendly patios at restaurants."
  • Trulia User
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 19 yrs. I feel safe here and the neighbors are just like family! "
  • Christine J.
"There are several parks and numerous walking and bike trails. Cleveland is a very family friendly town with a faith and community environment. Public schools are good both in the city and county with several new facilities. "
  • Nathan W.
"Cleveland is one of the worst places to live. There’s only toothless, meth-head rednecks who have no ambitions other than to get enough money for their next fix. "
  • Ashley_7804
"Minutes to Lee University and Downtown Cleveland which offers a lot of local shops and good dining. Easy access to the bypass which takes you to I75. "
  • Shiplej
"My neighborhood is located in town 15 minutes or less to grocery or department stores. It has been developed for years, tall trees , making it feel your living in the country."
  • Jimmy S.
"nice neighbors and well kept neighborhood. a country feel with all the amenities within five minutes or less and just a short drive to Chattanooga, Knoxville and various mountains and rivers for those that enjoy the outdoors."
