    "The homes are are well built by 3 builders (Adam's Homes currently and previously by Mercedes Homes and ICI). It is conveniently located. The ponds are well maintained. The ponds have fish, turtles and geese. We love to sit on our porch and enjoy the pond. No bugs or mosquitoes bothering us like other homes that we used to live in on a pond. The neighborhood is well kept and safe. The neighbors are friendly. We are in the Villages of Westport. "

    "Pets are welcome. They get walk on a leash other time. We walk the dogs on a leash and take them to the neighborhood park with their children. I hardly see dogs outside by themselves or tide outside. "
