There is pride of ownership on every street, tall mature trees, beautiful yards that all have their own unique touches, it’s safe, the mailman or mailwoman knows you and chats. You can walk your dog at 11pm or 2am and feel 100% safe. It is the best place I’ve ever lived in all of DFW. People talk to one another, look out for one another, help one another…it doesn’t get any better. "
