Description

This smartly designed all-electric home is one that grows with you - whether you need dedicated workspace, room for guests, or simply love having space to breathe.
The entry level immediately distinguishes itself from the typical new construction layout. The fourth bedroom is a truly private retreat with its own full bath and walk-in closet, tucked away from the main living areas. It's the kind of space that adapts effortlessly to whatever your lifestyle demands, today and down the road. Direct access to the two-car garage on this level makes coming and going completely seamless.
Make your way up to the second story and the home opens to its full potential. The great room flows together to be both open and intentional - there's space to cook and gather around the kitchen island. A dedicated pantry provides all the additional storage you need to keep the counter space visually appealing. Step through to the deck and the living space effectively doubles - an outdoor extension that captures everything Southern California living promises.
The upper level delivers a primary suite with an en-suite bath, a walk-in closet with built-in shelves, and enough room to truly decompress. Two additional bedrooms, a secondary bath, and the laundry closet complete the space.
Optional upgrades may be available on select homes and are subject to construction cut-off dates. Virtual tour and photos are of model home and used for representational purposes only.

"I live in this part of San Pedro, west of Gaffey far up to Western is generally quiet but there are some petty crimes. Generally safe and most neighbors are friendly. There are some neighbors that’s been here from a long time and some of them feel they own the neighborhood. You can’t park in front of their house for a long time. They put a note on your car. "
  • Balaji.swami

  • Trulia User
"Pros: Beautiful views, housing prices You definitely have to be ok with noise living here. Noise such as year round, nightly fireworks, motorcycles + loud pipes from 7am-midnight, constant dog barking. Upside, housing is cheap… Probably due to the fact that anyone who has ever lived anywhere else isn’t go to stay and allow random explosions to be part of their daily life. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly. If you don’t own a dog, you will once you move here. Only problem is, the number of dogs you end up owning is dependent on how many dogs your neighbors have. You end up disciplining and listening to your neighbors dogs around the clock and throughout your home here. Another upside is you don’t have to care about the comfort of others! You can be as disruptive and ignorant as you want and your neighbors won’t expect any better 👍 Cheers and happy home hunting! "
  • Trulia User

  • Samantha N.

  • Priscilla C.
