Community Description

Stone Ridge sits at 83rd Street and Cedar Niles, on some of the most naturally appealing ground in Lenexa. Rolling greenery, winding streets, and open space give the community a feel that's harder to find as you get closer to the metro.

The community park is built for regular use, with a playground, pickleball courts, and walking trails. Beyond the neighborhood, K-7 is about a mile and a half east, which puts Lenexa City Center and its restaurants and events within a short drive, and downtown De Soto the same distance the other direction with a slower pace to it. Homes here feed into De Soto schools, from Mize Elementary through De Soto High.

Stone Ridge South was the first phase - only two homes remain available, both set to complete before the end of 2026. Stone Ridge North is across the street, adding a new collection of homes along with a community park. The first homes in Stone Ridge North are available now, completing in Spring 2027.
