Description

The Jordan is a new construction single-family home designed with flexible living spaces, multiple layout options, and a traditional yet open-concept flow that supports a variety of lifestyles. With a two-car garage and thoughtfully arranged main and upper levels, this plan blends everyday functionality with customizable design choices.
The main level features both formal and informal living areas, including a formal living room and formal dining room. The open-concept kitchen, breakfast area, and family room create a connected central gathering space ideal for daily living and entertaining. Personalization options allow the formal dining room to be replaced with a private study, or the formal living room and powder room to be replaced with a main-level bedroom and full bathroom for added convenience.
Upstairs, the second floor is anchored by a spacious primary suite featuring a large en suite bathroom and generous closet space. Two secondary bedrooms, each with spacious closets, are paired with a full bathroom and a sizable loft that adds additional flexible living space.
Additional design options expand the home further, including the ability to convert the loft into a bedroom or add a fifth bedroom and full bathroom on the second level. An optional finished lower level can also be selected, offering an additional bedroom and full bath for even more living space.

"Less maintenance. Privacy. Prone to trouble. Prone to crime. Few options for grocery shopping. Few options for dining. Dogs roam unsupervised. People either don’t care or report the animal control. "
  • Elizabeth Hernandez
"Cell phone towers are not the best but it’s getting better quickly. Other wise great place to live…!"
  • Denisha Washington
"New to the town but happy thus far. The schools and community are welcoming and provide a family culture. The roads are a bit crowded due to increased traffic but the growth is promising and welcomed. "
  • Fpi7wvk989
"I’ve lived here for 3 years and it reminds me of where I grew up in Pennsylvania. It makes me feel less homesick "

"There are always dogs outside but always in fences or on a lease. They just bark quite a bit. There aren’t many stray dogs just wondering around the area. "
  • Normastokes S.
"must drive to any destination as there is no public transportation, this is a rural suburb of Raleigh"
  • Jtlarreau
"Small town. I've lived here for 7 years. No issues. Nice neighbors. Safe community. Good roads. Peaceful. "
  • bbchillcott
"I live here and work from my home. Neighborhood has a mix of age groups with singles and families with children ranging from very small to teenagers. Very homey atmosphere. Street ends in a cul-de-sac, so traffic is minimal with local travel only."
  • kilnntime
"This is a great area, about a 30 minute drive to downtown Raleigh, family area with beautiful park where you can walk down to catch a little league game in the evenings or watch a soccer game, wonderful playground and walking track. Town activities include concerts at the depot , festivals and a fun Christmas parade. Several grocery stores close by along with restraunts, drug stores , cleaners ect. All the conviences of the city yet the slow paced life of the country. "
  • Cindy V.
"This house looks like a great buy...."
