"The complex doesn’t spray the grass for fleas so every time you take the dog for a walk if you treat him for fleas, he goes for a walk and pick them back up. What I like is that all residents are responsible for taking the dog for a walk and then cleaning up afterwards and 9899% due, which keeps the community"

"I have lived here for 5 years & watched it change to complete congestion/over populated. The on ramp to the 75 via big Bend is the one of the worst on-ramps in Hillsborough County."
