"You need a car by lately city bus is available more than before. I have lived here 28 yrs! My neighbor hood is safe, we know our neighbors by name, we keep an eye on each other our homes and children. There r some elderly neighbors and we keep an eye and see if they need help, errands or just company! Where I live is closer to good schools, university, restaurants and stores, but u still feel the country feeling! "

"Neighborhood has nothing to do other than food spots which isn’t even all that good... Unless you’re into McDonald’s or Papa John’s, etc. and there’s no real culture here... really country so have to go to Orlando for any kind of activity "

"Nothing, it’s just affordable. I wish we had sidewalks and street lights but all that would increase our taxes and I’m on a fixed income and cannot afford higher taxes. I’ve lived here 15 yrs and hardly know anyone, people here are not the friendliest. "

"cars go really fast. and there are no side walks by any of the houses. you have to go to a main road to get a sidewalk."

"many neighbours' have dogs and walk them through the streets with no issues. People seem friendly enough around here. Bus stop up on Emerson for those without transportation. Neighborhood is predominantly quiet. Most yards are well kept. "
