At this subdivision, the entrance is right by the lakes of Old Hickory, which are a great view as leaving or entering the subdivision, and also, this home is right around the corner from Wal-Mart, Eating, all of Newburghs shopping, minutes from downtown Newburgh on the river and close to everything anyone would want or need to go from here.
