"We lived in Lorrence Creek for almost twenty years. Itās a wonderful quiet area. Itās so convenient with everything so close. You can be to the airport in like 10 minutes and downtown in 20 minutes. Love that there is an HEB and great dining options less than a mile away. If you have kids, the schools are close by and easy to get to. "

"Neighborhoods are growing rapidly. New developments are happening every week. City is starting sidewalk and streets pending November 2027. Moved in 2024 and love the proximity to downtown and Alamodome."

"We moved here specifically for the community, schools, and the perfect central locations to downtown and the airport. We enjoy the community events, the street parties, and the community organization. There are so many people walking their dogs daily, itās just a feeling of a true community. "

"I have resided in San Antonio ZIP Code 78210 for two years and I canāt say unequivocally that the neighborhood is improving. I feel very safe in my neighborhood. The neighborhood is lacking grocery stores, restaurants, bars, or any kind of social evening nightlife really. The streets are relatively well kept in the sidewalks are as well. I feel very safe, but itās nott necessarily a neighborhood where I would go out walking after 9 PM. Neighbors are friendly if you are proactive in speaking with them. It is about the least outgoing, bunch of neighbors Iāve ever had in terms of reaching out."

"We have a 4th of July neighborhood parade. People in the neighborhood bring out their chairs and sit on the lawn to watch their friends/neighbors parade down the street dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue. Dogs are included."

"Iāve lived here for more than 20 years. Itās a great city with a hometown feel! My neighborhood is small and has no HOA which is the best part. Everyone is friendly and takes care of their properties. "

"High traffic. Low crime. Stable ownership. Is just now being gentrified. Thank God. Until that transition is complete, it will be a wasteland of shabby house with zero landscaping. "
