Just hard to find things to do in the community at times. My parents love it here because it is a quiet community.     "I live here in Brookview NORTH At Adamstown. Not a good place for kids at all. As soon as a couple start a family, the "For Sale" sign goes up quickly. Can't count how many come and go. No place for kids to play. Most Townhomes here have no yard at all. Best for older folks, retirees, and empty-nesters. Overall, "Average" best suits Brookview NORTH At Adamstown, in my opinion. Also, we are in no way a part of Brookview ESTATES At Adamstown. We are a Townhome community."

    "I live in the area and it is absolutely beautiful. There is so much to do and see, and it is a great place to raise a family. You are only minutes from the PA turnpike. It is 1 hour to Philly and it is located right between Lancaster and Reading so you have the conveniences of both. I love it here especially because you have the peacefulness and serenity of Lancaster county as well as the fresh organic produce in the summertime. There are also a ton of farms to buy hormone free meat, milk and eggs. Very important when raising a family! "
