Description

The Brin Valley Ranch from the two-time Parade of Homes winner Candlelight Homes is a sophisticated villa that blends modern style with heritage design and has endless features including 10' ceilings on the main and second floor, with dramatic 22' great room ceilings, a loft overlooking the great room, a study or formal dining at the entrance, an integrated indoor-outdoor entertaining space, a mudroom with storage, a kitchen with vaulted ceilings, microwave tucked into the large island, a connected prep kitchen, a grand primary bath with an elevated wet room, walk-in closets in every bedroom, a 3-car garage, breathtaking mountain views, and so much more.

This upscale home is located in Firefly Ranch, where every lot is over an acre and you can choose either a Lifestyle lot for your pool, athletic courts, or backyard oasis, or choose a Ranch lot and bring up to 8 horses, 6 small livestock, 20 chickens, and more. Every Ranch lot borders the community bridle path so you can ride to your neighbor's house, meet up, then ride together to the BLM lands to explore the open space by horseback.

"There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
  • Jennifer Jasmer
"Eagle Mountain is family friendly with great schools and public areas. Wish it was more farmland overall."
  • Sam Collett
"Nice quiet place to raise a family but far from a lot of things. It’s growing so there will be a lot out here eventually."
  • Christy D.
"It's not to bad, now that the freeway in Lehi has been completed it makes it much easier to get to salt lake. I'm not sure how the commute will be in the winter because we are new out here."
  • Melissa M.
"Halloween & 4th of July ate amazing here! Plus, there are multiple community events each year. Eagle mountain is a great place to live& raise a family. "
