Description

The Resolve is a 1,876 square foot, two-story plan from Declaration Homes by Ivey Homes. With four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage, this plan packs an impressive amount of thoughtful design into every square foot. The main level flows effortlessly from the family room into the kitchen and cafe, creating an open, connected space that works just as well for busy weekday mornings as it does for weekend get-togethers. Tillery residents with children will LOVE the location of the schools, just minutes from the community on Baker Place Road and William Few Parkway two of the main corridor roads traveling to and from Tillery.

It is a very short driving distance to Augusta area stores, and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants really close by. With the newer sidewalks down wrightsboro rd many more people are walking to neighboring parks for basketball and gatherings."

"I am just looking for a friend. Haven’t visited this neighborhood yet. Hopefully I will like it. "
  • Paul J.
"This neighborhood is one of the few that has many amenities at a low HOA of only $50 a month. It has great school that are only a very close second schools further north Evans. Crawford Creek is also very centralized with two exits that allow for access to north Evans or Augusta in approximately 10-15 minutes. Fort Gorden takes me about an average of 25 minutes to get to the PX."
  • Susan D.
"This area is a great place to live. Its very family friendly. The stores are close and all them are friendly. "
  • AC Benson
"There are not enough sidewalks for kids to walk to school and no close playgrounds or community senior centers."
  • KL
"The people here are always watching everything lol. Everyone seems very private, but also concerned about what other people are doing and are quick to call the cops. No one will talk to their neighbors about something they have a problem with.. they will just report you. Other than that.. good neighborhood.. quiet.. basic. "
  • Scoot3r77
"There are plenty of dogs in the neighborhood which is a good but the bad is there is no dog park or area to really take them to enjoy."
  • Justin s. m.
"The public schools are some of the best, many neighbors and strangers are nice, very low concern about crime, many things are less than a 30 minute drive away, however traffic is pretty bad."
