    "The place is well divorced with many different people. It’s safe to walk and to go the park. Schools are close by and so are grocery stores. The city is growing and so you know that there are jobs here if you’re looking for one. People tend to keep to themselves unless if you or someone decides to make it bigger that what it actually is well to at least to my knowledge.
