2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school was really a car crash. The teachers complained about it personally, and half of my teachers literally did nothing the whole year. there was no ambition because the coursework was unevenly distributed. I had whole periods where the teacher was given a course they didnt really care about and did nothing but 2 assignments the whole year leaving us to sit through 2 hours of nothing to do every day. Not only that but the staff are relatively unhelpful when i needed a library book to be payed off I was sent in circles before it was eventually payed off. Overall, this school is definitely not worth checking out.Other Review2y ago14 Reviews - Longleaf Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI pick up my sister from this school every day and have never had any issues—until recently. This past Friday, my car unexpectedly shut off while I was in the pickup line. I had two young children in the car, including my autistic son, so I was trying to avoid blocking traffic or creating a safety issue.I moved to an open area and repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff member directing traffic (an older woman with gray, shoulder-length curly hair), explaining that it was an emergency. She ignored me multiple times and made no effort to assist, even after responding that she could hear me. She did not make eye contact or acknowledge the situation at all.Eventually, another staff member stepped in and helped by calling my sister over the intercom. The lack of response from the original staff member was extremely concerning. In a situation that could have been more serious, the outcome could have been much worse.I understand that pickup can be busy, but staff should be trained to respond to urgent situations and communicate respectfully with parents and guardians. This experience left me feeling completely disregarded and concerned about overall safety during pickup.Parent Review1mo ago7 Reviews - Check out schools near 6230 Forest Pines Dr #3MGE6N.

"The neighborhood is safe, well maintained yards and sidewalks with a near neighborhood park. The park has a basketball courts, kids play area with multiple sets of swings money bars and balance beams. The area is shaded with oak and pine trees and lots of room for dogs and two stations for poop bags and trash cans. I love my sleepy neighborhood that is close to everything. "

"The neighborhood is a great place to start a family and raise children. The area is safe and has plenty of kid friendly things for a child to do. Everyone looks out for one another and you can even still let your child walk to school with no worries about them being in danger. In my opinion east Pensacola heights and the surrounding area is the best neighborhood in Pensacola, hands down!!!"
