"I’ve lived here for three years. It’s quiet and peaceful. I plan on living here as long as possible. Yes there are a lot of homeless people but no issues so far. I do see a lot of people going for walks with and without pets. I love it here. Excellent landlords. "

"There’s very few sidewalks, you either have to walk in the road or on the grass and take your chances. "

"It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I have met are very friendly and watch out for other’s homes. Some of us trade pet care and, mail and lawn watering chores if the other is out of town. The number of families with families has increased since I moved in. In 2010 most people close to retirement age older. My child was 3 1/2. The children from several families up and down the street play nicely together. I’m not aware of any crime and have lived here 15 years. "

"Everything in OKC is 30 minutes or less to get anywhere. Not even a joke. I came from Dallas traffic and OKC Traffic is nearly non-existent. "

"I don’t know much about events here, but the restaurants and the supermarkets are really really nice and cool because it reminds me of my childhood"

"Are you still late for your just a few years ago and the neighborhood has gotten much better. A lot of the houses are getting remodeled and a younger group of people seem to be moving in. You’re close to Classen which gives you access to most all the districts in Oklahoma City quite easily. Definitely saw the song less than desirable areas but seems to be improving."
