    "Turnpike is 4 minutes away or 7 minutes during A.M. rush hour due to cars backed up 2 traffic lights. Traffic flows well on frontage roads, except rush hour. Afternoons especially, traffic backs up at turnpike exits. The wait to drive through an intersection can be 3-4 cycles of traffic lights."

    "Itā€™s a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I have met are very friendly and watch out for otherā€™s homes. Some of us trade pet care and, mail and lawn watering chores if the other is out of town. The number of families with families has increased since I moved in. In 2010 most people close to retirement age older. My child was 3 1/2. The children from several families up and down the street play nicely together. Iā€™m not aware of any crime and have lived here 15 years. "
