@Twitter Co-Founder Evan Williams Selling #SanFrancisco Mansion for $2.995 Million

Twitter co-founder Evan Williams is selling his mansion in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco for $2,995,000. First reported by Curbed SF, Williams and his wife Sara purchased the home at 313 Duncan Street in 2009 for $2.4 million. They remodeled the pad in the family-friendly neighborhood and they’re now saying #goodbye to the home.

In true Twitter fashion, here’s the property description in 140 characters:

3-level fully-restored Victorian home with 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, separate guest house, private garden, and rooftop deck.

The Williams had originally planned to demolish another house they owned in the Parnassus Heights neighborhood of San Francisco and build a brand new home, but neighbors aggressively opposed the project and its fate is currently unknown.

When he’s not battling his neighbors, Williams is working on a new start-up project, Medium. He left his role at Twitter in 2011.

Eric Turner of Maguire Real Estate holds the listing.
