She’s got a new job and a new husband, so why not a new house too?

Bye-bye, bachelorette pad. It’s a period of transition for Twilight actress Nikki Reed, who just listed her Spanish villa in the Hollywood Hills for $1.295 million.

The brunette beauty, who recently married Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder in a luxe Malibu, CA, ceremony after a whirlwind three-month romance, is officially saying goodbye to the single life.

Reed’s bachelorette pad is a multilevel home that was built in 1926. The four-bed, three-bath beauty features hardwood floors, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious dining and living area.

An updated kitchen with top-of-the-line accessories anchors the first floor, while a bedroom with its own fireplace and an indoor/outdoor bathroom is just down the hall. This leads into the pool and spa area, nestled under a canopy of trees in the peaceful yard.

The remaining two bedrooms, both upstairs, provide the ultimate Hollywood hideaway. Word is, Reed even had one of the bedrooms converted into an uber-chic closet for all her designer duds.

There’s also a full bath with a viewing patio. It’s the quintessential Hollywood Hills home.

In addition to her new hubby, Reed has snagged a major new acting job, portraying America’s most famous seamstress — Betsy Ross — on the upcoming third season of the hit FOX show Sleepy Hollow, according to The Hollywood Reporter. And she won’t be just any dowdy American heroine, but a “sexy” Betsy Ross “with an unsuspecting physical prowess,” writes the Reporter.
