Ryan Reynolds Looking To Sell Los Angeles Hills Home

Ryan Reynolds has listed his home high above the Sunset Strip for $1,599,000, according to The Real Estalker. The home was purchased by the rom-com actor, turned action hero in October of 2007 for $1,715,000. After holding onto the home for nearly four years to the exact day, Reynolds has decided he needs a new home sweet home. This isn’t the first time Reynolds has tried to end his relationship with this Los Angeles home. He placed it on the open market in the fall of 2009 with an asking price of $1,900,000. The home wasn’t in as high demand as Ryan Reynolds himself, so he took it off the market six months later.

It came back onto the market in July of 2011 with an initial asking price of $1,690,000. With no movement, Reynolds was forced to chop another $91,000 off the price to bring it to it’s currently listing price of $1,599,000.

The home’s listing describes it as a “sophisticated Hollywood Hills private home…at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.” The home boasts a private entrance though walled and gated courtyard. Amenities include a newer roof, hardwood floors, solar heating, tank-less water heater and impact resistant French doors throughout. The 1,789 square feet include 2 bedrooms, 2.5 remodeled bathrooms, and a cooks kitchen. The home is ideal for indoor/outdoor living with a gorgeous patio for entertaining and a landscaped yard with walkways overlooking canyon views.
