The actress’s pitch was so perfect, she snagged her new home for well below the listing price.

Rebel Wilson, the stand-up comedian and actress known for her knee-slapping roles in Bridesmaids, How to Be Single, and perhaps most notably, Pitch Perfect, has found a new Los Angeles, CA, home that we hope has good acoustics. She snagged a five-bed, five-bath spread in the West Hollywood area, and the newly constructed, traditional-style home is certainly a classy one. But best of all, this Barden Bella bought the house for $2.95 million — almost $250,000 below the original $3.195 million asking price. It seems Rebel has yet another talent: The girl knows how to negotiate!

Measuring 4,409 square feet, the home welcomes guests through a grand, two-story foyer. The gourmet kitchen has Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a Caesarstone island, and walk-in pantry. Built in 2015, the home is smartly and elegantly designed — a step up from the frat houses at Barden University. With wide-plank hardwood floors and elegant details like wainscoting and Porcelanosa tile, an air of sophistication carries throughout: The staircase even houses a small, glassed-in wine room. In the master bedroom, vaulted ceilings are complemented by a refreshment bar, two walk-in closets, a luxurious soaking tub, and his-and-her vanities. A swimmer’s saltwater pool and spa, as well as an outdoor fireplace surrounded by lush landscaping, offer the perfect opportunity to host a classy riff-off for a cappella friends — or at least to sun poolside with Bumper.

It hasn’t been all that long since Rebel first dipped her toes into the Hollywood real estate game. Back in 2014, she bought another West Hollywood home for $2.2 million. According to the BBC, she was roomies with her Bridesmaids co-star (and on-screen brother/roommate) Matt Lucas until 2015. The good news is, if Wilson ever wants to lay down some tracks of her own, she could always drop a few mil more on one of these luxury homes that come complete with a recording studio!
