Rebel Wilson, the stand-up comedian and actress known for her knee-slapping roles in Bridesmaids, How to Be Single, and perhaps most notably, Pitch Perfect, has found a new Los Angeles, CA, home that we hope has good acoustics. She snagged a five-bed, five-bath spread in the West Hollywood area, and the newly constructed, traditional-style home is certainly a classy one. But best of all, this Barden Bella bought the house for $2.95 million — almost $250,000 below the original $3.195 million asking price. It seems Rebel has yet another talent: The girl knows how to negotiate!

The good news is, if Wilson ever wants to lay down some tracks of her own, she could always drop a few mil more on one of these luxury homes that come complete with a recording studio!
