Ali Larter, that actress you know from somewhere but can’t quite place, has put her Hollywood Hills home on the market.
The (formerly) blond beauty, whom you may recognize as the whipped-cream-wearing seductress in Varsity Blues, is selling her modern manse for $4.85 million. She originally snagged the 5,500-square-foot home back in 2009 for $2.925 million.
Maybe with her new, fiery-red hair color, Larter decided that a new house was in order too. (Celebs! They’re just like us!)
The four-bed, six-bath home, which was built in 2007, is a bold architectural statement; loftlike spaces are complemented by glass walls throughout. In the living room, wide-planked oak wood floors, a fireplace, and bar create a cozy, au naturel type of aesthetic.
A chef’s kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, opens up into a casual dining area. All the public rooms have wraparound balconies, and the master suite features a fireplace, private sun deck, and marble bathroom with a steam shower and spa tub. So far, there’s no word on where the actress is headed — she’s prepping for the next Resident Evil installment — but there’s no shortage of big names in the Hills. Recent residents include Charli XCX, Marvel Comics former honcho Stan Lee, and celebrity DJ Paul Oakenfold.
