Former “OC Housewife” Lists Coto de Caza Estate for $3.5M

Calling all aspiring housewife reality stars! Yet another opportunity to become Bravo’s next Orange County diva can now be yours – if you’re willing to bring on the cash, the sass and the drama, of course.

According to TMZ, one of “Real Housewives of Orange County” original housewives Jeana Keough and has recently put her 7-bedroom, 6-bath mansion on the market for $3.5 million. Despite coming dangerously close to foreclosure, Jeana saved her property through a loan modification in March 2010. Earlier this year, current housewife Vicki Gunvalson also listed her OC estate for $2.7 million.

Located in Coto de Caza, one of Orange County’s prestigious and ultra-private gated communities, the 8,000 square foot home sits at the end of a cul de sac on a 45,516 square foot lot offering panoramic views of Saddle Rack Mountain. The  large 25 x 25 family room opens to a spacious kitchen and pool entertaining area – two of the home’s most common filming locations for Jeana and her family. The 1 acre outdoor area includes a basketball sport court, a large grassy area, salt water pool, spa, covered patio, fire pit, BBQ and fireplace.

Fully equipped with 7-bedrooms and 6-bath, the home boasts two full master suites with his and her closets, a cozy guest room and separate guest home, a spacious living room with oversized view window, and 12-foot ceilings with custom detail adding to the luxurious décor.
