Ne-Yo won’t have to “Let You Love” his new Los Angeles, CA, mansion, because it’s a given! The soulful singer (real name: Shaffer Chimere Smith) just dropped $1.9 million on a five-bed, six-bath spread in Sherman Oaks, the ritzy San Fernando Valley suburb. The Cape Cod–style home was built in 2016 and measures 4,310 square feet. Features include custom oak floors, a glass wine cellar, and a gourmet kitchen with Carrara marble countertops and bar seating.
Outdoors, Ne-Yo can cook up a meal in his backyard cooking area or relax in his swimming pool with custom tile, three waterfalls, and a spa. And since we know Ne-Yo likes to “Play Hard,” this entertaining space probably will get lots of use!
The Arkansas-born singer, who has performed duets with songbirds like Celine Dion and Sia, owns a variety of properties in Atlanta, GA. Since he married his girlfriend and baby mama Crystal Renay last year, maybe he’s itching to settle down in SoCal permanently.
