It looks like the actress is moving on to her next project: Motherhood!

Mindy Kaling is one busy lady. The author, actress, and rom-com aficionado just relisted her four-bed, three-bath Spanish villa in West Hollywood for $1.995 million. She purchased the home for $1.575 million back in 2007, when she best known for her role as Kelly Kapoor on The Office. Since then, she’s written multiple books, starred in her own hit series, The Mindy Project, and just last month, welcomed a daughter, Katherine Swati! Kaling originally listed the home back in September 2017, and after an offer fell through in November, she has relisted it for the same price.

Built in 1929, the 2674-square-foot home is a Spanish-style estate in the Beverly Grove area. Filled with original architectural elements like arched doorways, wrought iron fixtures, intricate beam ceilings, and hardwood floors, the home is reminiscent of Hollywood’s golden era. Step inside, where stone floors in the entryway lead into the living room, anchored by a beautiful central fireplace and French windows. A family room, perfect for cozying up on the couch with friends, is adjacent and has a fireplace of its own. A spacious formal dining room features a dramatic barrel ceiling, while a warm kitchen with a stone tile floor has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large center island. The four bedrooms include a master that has its own dressing room, as well as a spirited private bath that embraces the design of the period with modern amenities. A sunny backyard with a patio and grassy area leads to the rebuilt garage, which could function as a gym, home office, or recording studio.

Kaling has owned multiple properties in the area, including a $1.695 million Hollywood Hills fixer-upper-turned-stunner in the highly-coveted Bird Streets. And she’s certainly got plenty on her plate right now: Though The Mindy Project has come to an end, Ocean’s Eight, the all-female heist flick co-starring RihannaCate BlanchettAnne Hathaway, and Dakota Fanning, is set to hit theaters this year.
