Michael Strahan is no stranger when it comes to high-end real estate. In October we reported that he relisted his TriBeCa loft for $2.25 million. And, in July we told you that he sold his Bel Air home for a $3M profit in an off-market deal. Now, rumor has it (thanks to our friend at Real Estalker) that the retired football star and co-host of Live! with Kelly and Michael, quietly purchased a gorgeous $16 million mansion in Brentwood.
The 15,600 sq ft. home was built in 2013 and boasts 3 levels with 9 bedrooms and 14 baths and state of the art technology. The mansion has soaring ceilings and is equipped with the typical mansion-type amenities like a 59-foot long swimming pool and inset spa, home theater, gym, game room, wine cellar with full bar (cheers!) and an elevator so you can easily get to each level. Each master bath has its own walk-in closet and while you are lounging in the master wing you can enjoy a romantic fireplace.
When you step outside you are greeted with a lovely covered pool-side cabana with a grilling area to make any pool party epic.
We’ll have to wait and see if the rumor is shakes out, but it looks like 2014 is going to be another good year for Mr. Strahan.
