Justin Bieber Manager Scooter Braun Sells West Hollywood Home

One less lonely house for this pop-star handler.

When you’re the man in charge of The Biebs, chances are, you need a couple mansions to host your client’s epic parties. Scooter Braun (real name: Scott Braun), widely known as the driving force behind pint-size performer Justin Bieber, just sold his Sunset Strip home for $3.9 million. The three-bed, three-bath West Hollywood, CA, party pad clocks in at 2,380 square feet of Bieb-alicious property. Also, that’s quite a nice profit, seeing as Scooter, who just signed on to create a TV drama about music for the teenybopper channel The CW, bought the home for $2.4 million in 2012. Maybe he carries his business savvy from music over to real estate?

But it looks like Scooter, who despite his nickname is actually not a Muppet, isn’t going to head that far from his former abode. It turns out, he still owns the house next door. (Hopefully, he’ll be a better neighbor than Bieber.) That three-bed, four-bath mansion, which measures in at 5,000 square feet, cost Scooter a whopping $5.7 million back in 2011 — way back when Biebs was just a wee babe crooning holiday songs.

However, Scooter is still movin’ on up. Back in October, he and his expecting wife, Yael Cohen, a cancer activist, snagged a sick $13 million bachelor pad from DreamWorks movie exec Stacey Snider, Real Estalker reported. That very private Los Angeles home comes with eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, in case Scooter feels like being saucy and inviting the rest of the Beliebers over for a slumber party. Seeing as he has 11,137 square feet to play with, chances are, he’ll have room for all of them.
