How would you like to be a Pretty Woman‘s tenant? Oscar winner Julia Roberts just put her three-bed, two-bath home in sunny Malibu, CA up for rent, and the sun-drenched spread is ripe for the taking. While Roberts purchased the ranch-style home just last year for $3.895 million, you can shack up in the house for $10,500 per month.
Originally built in 1949, this classic California ranch has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated. Measuring 1650 square feet, the home welcomes guests into its bright, white living room with a cozy hearth and wood-beamed ceilings. Continue into the spacious kitchen, where stainless steel appliances complement the large center island, which is ideal for any aspiring chef or busy family. Ample deck space means plenty of spots to curl up and look out on the lush greenery of Malibu.
