Judd Apatow And Leslie Mann Are Selling Their Romantic Malibu Beach House

Director/writer/producer/coolest dad ever Judd Apatow and his equally-as-hilarious actress wife, Leslie Mann, have listed their beach home for sale in Malibu, CA, for a whopping $12 million. The three-bed, four-bath home, which measures 2,550 square feet, is located in the coveted Malibu Colony, an enclave for the rich, famous, and well-tanned.

Built in 1930, the home is an enclosed compound with walls of glass that frame stunning views of the oceanfront. Downstairs, the open floor plan includes beamed ceilings, abundant light throughout, a spacious cook’s kitchen, and two fireplaces. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has its own bath, and the master includes a cozy fireplace. And just to make you a little more jealous, the home has a terrace with views from Catalina Island to Point Dume. Life looks pretty good for the King of Comedy, huh?

Apatow purchased the home for $10.825 million from the estate of Pretty Woman director Laura Ziskin back in 2013. It also includes a two-car garage and is located within walking distance of some of Malibu’s swankiest boutiques and restaurants, as well as a movie theater and a SoulCycle. That’s right; the real estate listing mentions SoulCycle. They couldn’t be any more Los Angeles if they tried. Oh, and there’s the stunning surf of the Pacific Ocean, in case you’re interested in riding some tasty waves.

The Apatow-Mann crew spend most of their time in a 10,341-square-foot home with five beds and seven baths in the ritzy Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. They bought that palatial pad in 2009 for the low, low price of $18.25 million. But not to be outdone by the other big names of comedy in LA, the couple also own a lovely vacant lot in Santa Monica, CA. Or at least we assume it’s lovely, since they dropped $8.6 million on it back in 2012.
