It’s safe to say that 2017 has been a banner year for Jordin Sparks! The American Idol alum, who got married back in July, just announced that she’s expecting a baby with her new husband, Dana Isaiah. And now, the duo (soon to be trio) is on the move. Jordin just listed her four-bed, three-bath home in the stylish Hollywood Hills for $1.85 million. She bought the pad for $1.5 million back in 2013, just six years after becoming the youngest American Idol winner ever.
Located in the highly-coveted Lakeridge Estates neighborhood in the eastern Hollywood Hills, this mid-century modern home, which was built in 1960, is tucked behind gates on a private cul-de-sac. Measuring 2509 square feet, beamed ceilings and skylights stream throughout the home, while an open-style setup creates extra space and fluidity. A gourmet kitchen (which according to the listing, made a cameo on the Food Network last year) features Carrara marble counters, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a dining nook with a beautiful picture window. Floor to ceiling windows and glass doors open out to the lovely backyard, where a swimming pool, fire pit seating area, and beautiful garden are the perfect spot to sit back and relax. Jordin, who famously dated R&B impresario Jason Derulo for three years, looks like she’s on a roll. And she certainly isn’t the only American Idol alum who’s scored big time on the real estate market: Both Kelly Clarkson and Katherine McPhee have had some seriously hot properties.
