Joe Jonas Signs On To Rent Mid-Century Modern Party Pad

Joe Jonas has never been known to stay in one place at one time. After all, his rotating cast of ex-girlfriends includes Taylor Swift, Ashley Greene, Gigi Hadid, and childhood sweetheart Demi Lovato. So it’s no wonder that the handsome singer, who clearly has money to buy, prefers to rent a home — gotta keep those options open, baby. Perhaps that’s why Joe just signed on to lease this Hollywood Hills, CA, rental home, to the tune of $40,000 per month!

Built in 1962, the three-bed, four-bath home, which measures 3,323 square feet, is a classic Mid-Century Modern gem with a concrete-block facade and sunken living room. Joe is definitely feeling the vintage vibe this month — on Sunday, he made a cameo on Fox’s Grease! Live to belt out the classic hit “Rock ’n’ Roll Is Here to Stay.” (Naturally, his exes Taylor and Gigi watched together).

Located just off the Sunset Strip, the home features amazing city views from its ultraprivate 1-acre property. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide streaming light, while the sunken living room — circular sofa included — offers Mid-Century flair. (There’s even a hidden wet bar, according to the LA Times.) In the master bath, yet another circular room, the massive soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long night onstage.

In true SoCal style, it’s the home’s outdoor spaces that make it even more covetable: Step outside to the entertaining area, where a large swimming pool and patio provide luxurious space for lying back in a chaise lounge. But it’s the outstanding views that will have guests falling in love with this property.

Luckily, if Joe feels ready to settle down, he has the opportunity to buy; the property is on the market for $4.495 million. But since Joe decided to sell his West Hollywood, CA, home back in October, we’ll believe that when we see it.
