Dancer/choreographer Cris Judd, who is perhaps best known for his blink-and-you’ll-miss-it marriage to Jennifer Lopez, is selling his Hollywood Heights bungalow for $899,000. Cris bought the Los Angeles, CA, home for sale for $620,000 in 2003. (JLo, by the way, is making some real estate moves of her own. She recently bought a stylish new home in Bel Air from actress Sela Ward.)
Judd’s Spanish-style bungalow was built in 1923 and is tucked behind high hedges for a dose of privacy. The three-bathroom, 1,382-square-foot home has three bedrooms, one of which makes the perfect nursery: Cris and his wife, Kelly A. Wolfe, have a 2-year-old daughter, Vivienne. It also features an open floor plan with wood floors throughout, arched doorways, and French doors.
The private backyard has raised wood decking with dining and seating areas for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or dining alfresco under the towering palm trees. And with a prime location just off the Sunset Strip, it’s the perfect home for a rising starlet or a young family. Cris and Jennifer, incidentally, seem to be on decent terms. Just back in April, Cris performed on the season finale of American Idol; Jennifer was a judge.
