Charlie Sheen Lists His Beverly Hills Mansion For $43,000 Per Month

You can snag the actor's sprawling estate... if you've got the dough.

We’d feel like we were “winning” if we had that much cash in our pockets! Actor Charlie Sheen is renting out his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for a cool $43,000 per month. The seven-bed, seven-bath estate, which he bought back in 2006 for $7.2 million, was originally put up for sale back in February for $10 million, but the property wasn’t snatched up, and now rental is the sole option.

The sprawling 8932-square-foot Mediterranean-style home is located in the uber-exclusive Mulholland Estates, where everyone from Robbie Williams to DJ Khaled has owned properties. Built in 1992, the home welcomes guests via a stunning two-story foyer, where a sweeping staircase winds up to the second floor while natural light streams in.  A chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and even a mini food elevator, which we’re guessing comes in handy for ritzy dinner parties in the the formal dining room. On the bottom floor, there’s an oversized living room, a gym (which could easily be converted to a home office, or another bedroom), as well as a game room and Creston movie theater that are perfect for entertaining guests. The master bedroom is more of a retreat than a room, thanks to its own home theater, wet bar, living room, oversized master closet, and spa-like bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The outdoor space is both luxurious and welcoming, with rolling lawns, lush landscaping, and a peaceful gazebo. There’s also two swimming pools, since we all need options sometimes. (One is a lap pool.) There’s also a high-end outdoor kitchen ideal for barbecues, where we can definitely imagine Sheen flipping burgers in an apron and yelling “WINNING!” Finally, a stunning view of the Los Angeles city lights is visible through the side yard. It’s truly the Beverly Hills home of your dreams… if you’re willing to part with the cash.

Sheen’s history with Los Angeles-area real estate is lengthy. He even owned another property in the Mulholland Estates, which he bought for $4.6 million from billionaire Tom Gores for his estranged wife Brooke Mueller and their two sons back in 2012. That home sold for $5.415 million in 2016, and, in typical Hollywood style, went on to be purchased for $8.55 million by reality TV starlet-turned-supermodel Kendall Jenner last year.
