Whitney Port Buys in Studio City for $1.5M

The TV star turned fashionista puts down roots in Studio City for growing family.

Whitney Port and husband, Tim Rosenman, have moved back to “The Hills” with their purchase of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,400 square foot home in Studio City, CA, for $1,513,240. With their first child on the way, Port and her husband picked a home they can grow into and make their own.

Originally built in 1953, the ranch style home still holds 1950s charm with a brick driveway and entryway, green exterior paint with white trim and flower beds lining the entry. Inside, the home has been slightly remodeled with features like brand new gray toned hardwood flooring in the living room, freshly painted gray walls throughout and solar panels on the roof.

The backyard features a jelly bean shaped pool lined with concrete and tile, a mature palm tree and a path leading to a large deck that looks out on views of Los Angeles. We’re certain Whitney will start putting her own touch on the home right away.
